  • Day 14 : Receive Val Certificate, Finalise Seller Contract
  • Day 15 : Complete Lending Formalities
  • Day 20 : Formal Lending Approval and Offer
  • Day 21 : Solicitor Conveyancing Instruction
  • Day 70 : Closing
