The role
Do you have the knowledge and experience of managing investment properties? Can you provide excellent services by putting our investors first, whilst enhancing the brand within the UK and abroad?
As a Property Manager at Novyy, you will work with the Group’s private rent portfolio, manage assigned assets within budget and ensure compliance with the various regulatory frameworks surrounding investment properties.

 

You will work closely with the Senior Management, external contractors and other stakeholders with an ultimate view of delivering the highest level of shareholder value.

 

Essential Qualifications, Qualities& Experience

• A commercial or entrepreneurial background in investment management or properties
• Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of attention to detail
• Pro-active “can do” approach – a good team worker
• Client-facing and committed
• Confidence in ability to work autonomously – uses initiative/self-starter

 

Compensation

• £30,000 per year
