We focus on trading assets which have a history of at least 2 years income generation and are in captive markets.
We welcome both passive and active investors and structure the deal based on the goals and objectives of the individual and their family. Passive investors can opt for a fixed income coupon and active investors pay us a share of net operating income.
We will bring in upto 75% of the money as long-term debt finance which will be guaranteed by us. We have a ceiling of £1.5 Mn TCOA (Total Cost of Acquisition) for first-time customers which can be reviewed after first 12 months should you be more ambitious and wish to scale your portfolio. We can usually lend £2 for every £1 you invest.
